Another week, another 3+ pound drop. Body weight dropped from 227.4 to 224.0 pounds, a 3.4 pound drop. Body fat percentage dropped from 28.6% to 28.4% while total body fat dropped by 1.42 pounds (again, not sure how accurate/consistent the body fat measurement is).

In related news, Lars and I have thrown down a little race challenge to ourselves. The race is approximately 7.5 miles long and covers varied inclines. Lars has done the race before and says there’s some nasty hills near the end (no surprise, the race ends in San Francisco). Target time is under 1:30 (12 min/mile pace), though I really want a time under 1:15 (10 min/mile pace).
